1. Developer License Rights
Every software product purchased on DevBazaar grants the buyer a Full Open-Source Commercial License. You are granted non-exclusive, perpetual rights to modify source code, alter branding, deploy on client servers, or resell customized software applications.
2. Download Entitlements & Expiration
Purchases entitle the buyer to a maximum of 10 downloads per item over a 1-year (365 days) access period starting from payment verification.
3. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kasaragod, Kerala.
